Subbie helps you spot subscriptions, promotions, newsletters, and recurring inbox clutter, then clean up the dead weight with review-first controls.
You stay in control. Review senders, choose what to trash, and decide when to request unsubscribes.
Subbie launches in a new tab on Google Cloud. Sign-in and Gmail authorization happen there.

Subbie requests Gmail access so it can scan subscription-related messages, read limited metadata and headers such as sender, subject, date, labels, message IDs, and List-Unsubscribe information, classify recurring senders, request unsubscribes, and move user-selected messages to Gmail Trash. Subbie may send limited sender metadata and sample subject lines to Google Gemini or related Google AI services to classify senders and generate summaries. Subbie does not sell Gmail data, does not use Gmail data for advertising, and does not use Gmail data to train generalized AI models.
Features
A focused set of inbox-cleanup tools, designed to surface what matters and let you decide what to remove.
Subbie scans Gmail for unsubscribe-related signals and groups likely subscription senders so you can see them in one place.
Newsletters, promotions, product updates, software alerts, and other bulk senders are grouped into useful categories.
Each sender gets a short summary and sample subject lines so you can decide what to keep before doing anything.
You select what to clean up. Subbie moves those messages to Gmail Trash, where Gmail's normal retention rules apply.
When a sender exposes a List-Unsubscribe URL or mailto, Subbie can request the unsubscribe on your behalf.
Subbie connects to your existing Gmail through Google OAuth. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account.
Control
Subbie is review-first. Nothing leaves your inbox without your say, and you can pull the plug on Gmail access whenever you want.
Subbie shows the senders and sample subjects. You decide what to trash or unsubscribe from.
Bulk actions only run on the items you've selected. Nothing is removed automatically in the background.
Google OAuth is used for Gmail access. You can revoke it any time from your Google Account permissions.
Trashed messages go to Gmail Trash, where Gmail's own retention behavior applies. Restore anything you didn't mean to send there.
Important
Subbie is for personal productivity and routine inbox cleanup. It is not a records-retention, compliance, or archiving tool.
Do not trash emails that may be needed for legal, financial, employment, tax, compliance, or business-record reasons. Review before you act.
